Allstate Insurance Company seeks review of the final order awarding Constance Regar $220,340.23 in attorneys fees in her capacity as assignee of Jennifer E. Weavers third-party bad faith action against Allstate. Allstate argues that Regar was not entitled to attorneys fees pursuant to section 627.428, Florida Statutes (2004), because she is not the named insured. Allstate also argues that Regar was not entitled to a fee multiplier for fees awarded under section 627.428. We conclude that neither of Allstates arguments has merit and affirm.
